Cancellation Policy

All registrations are firm. Substitutions are encouraged when the original registrant is unable to attend.

Full credit will be given when the registrant cancels on or before April 26, 2024.

A processing fee of $100 will be applied to all cancellations received from April 27 to May 10, 2024.

No-shows and day-of cancellations will not be refunded.

In the event of inclement weather, it is the participant’s responsibility to find out if the program has been canceled by calling AAIM at 314.754.0236 any time after 6:00 am to hear a cancellation message.
